Erna is the General Counsel of EverExcel. She has vast experience on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, including private acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and general advisory matters, both at the local and cross-border levels.

Erna also advises on fund formation, financial services matters, and provides advice on multi-industry transactions as well as on day-to-day operations and regulatory compliance of EverExcel and its Group companies.
