WHAT WE DO
As thematic value investors we can hold assets through various market-cycles and maturity curves over an extended period of time without having the need to recycle our capital, giving us the ability to hold positions in companies and assets without any time constraints.
EverExcel has a very broad and flexible investment mandate. As principals we invest our own capital based on our own investment criteria and vision. Our flexible mandate allows us to gain exposure to opportunities across diverse industries, geographies, asset classes, and various security classes. What we look for are like minded individuals where we can partner with in creating long-term, value enhancing sustainable investments for the current and future generations.

Through our various strategies we seek to establish a diversified portfolio of investments and to invest in alpha-generating macro-opportunities that are uncorrelated with the market. Our investment horizon is indefinite. We seek to be active partners with an added value approach; however, we remain very flexible with respect to where our investments sit in the capital structure, the level of control we exert, the duration and the shareholding participation we obtain. We aim to provide our partners with a strong level of support, and we seek to build enduring businesses across any stage of the life cycle of a company.
