At the Delphi Economic Forum XI our Founder & Chairman Nicholas Papapolitis, spoke on a panel relating to the “Private Equity & M&A Playbook” among Greeces’s leading strategic investors, finance and asset management firms.
During his speech Nicholas highlighted the challenges and opportunities in the Private Equity and M&A sector, in Greece and Europe.
His message was clear:
“Greece and Europe should look towards the US as a model for developing their private equity ecosystem” and “target companies that want deal certainity, should use tools like staple financing, when launching exit processes”.
