We are pleased to announce the appointment of Dimitris Metaxas-Trikardos as Vice-Chairman of EverExcel.
Dimitris brings extensive expertise in corporate governance, audit management, compliance, and operational oversight across a broad range of corporate structures and jurisdictions. He most recently served for six years on the Board of Directors of the EBRD, including as Vice-Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee from 2023 to 2025. He also holds independent non-executive board positions with private sector entities and fund vehicles for private equity sponsors.
Prior to the EBRD, Dimitris spent nearly two decades in investment banking and family office roles, originating and structuring capital markets transactions for clients.
